We currently ship only within India. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday).

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays or regional service constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping benefits:

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD): Free shipping on orders above ₹500

For orders below the applicable threshold, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp to your registered mobile number. Customers can monitor shipment progress directly through the provided link.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Remote location logistics

Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in delivery failure:
